"To be honest, I booked this hotel because they have a really good ratings and excellent reviews so I got curious. The moment I stepped in to the hotel I felt really welcome. The hotel smells good, the room was very spacious and spotless, the breakfast was delicious (I chose the buffet over ala carte) and the most important thing for me is how good their customer service is. I would like to commend Nabia for even helping me to get a taxi on my last day, Cheep for always being there anytime I need a ride to go to Terminal 21 and Grammy Building and OHM for always being there to help me in anyway possible (even let me borrow an iPhone charger because I couldn’t find mine on my first night but I found it the next morning LOL) things like these may be small gestures but for me THIS IS WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR!!! I promised them I would stay at this hotel when I come back to Bangkok and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends who are planning to visit Thailand in the future! Thank you guys for making my stay a really good experience and unforgettable one!!! I would give 10 STARS if I could (I feel like 5 are not enough). Keep up the good work!!"

"Amazing amenities like the rooftop bars and dining, views from the infinity pool at sunset are spectacular, and best of all...breakfast buffet with a huge selection of choices. Also location 10/10 3min walk to BTS and right beside a massive mall"

"The room was nice and clean and felt like home. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within a 5-minute walking distance to Asok BTS station and Terminal 21 and a 3-minute walk to Emisphere Mall with many restaurants and spas around the area. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommended. "
