Bally’s Shreveport Casino and Hotel
"The room was very stained on the carpet Wallpaper was tearing off . Lots of hair all over the flooring in the room. The room kind of grossed me out . Too many of the machines were not working in the casino. The staff at the front grill restaurant were great. I do not understand what a resort fee ..."
