Never again will I stay here. Mini fridge didn't work, no microwave, the room smelled like, you know when a house sits for several years without anyone living in it....thats what my room smelt like. Tried to use phone to call front desk, it didn't work. Use my phone to call front desk, no one answered. No wifi or wifi password. Definitely need to remodel the rooms. Went to 3 different floors to get ice cause the one on my floor didn't work and guess what the other 3 didn't either....go figure.

Pillows in the room had a stench to them. Didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed because it made me question the cleanliness of the pillowcases and sheets. The shower looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly as well as the sink. The carpet in the room was dirty as well.

Hotel rooms need thorough cleaning and upgrades. Time to replace the wallpaper, carpet, mattresse, paint, gut. The main areas are just fine, but empty and bland. Need machines that produce player cards. Need a buffet again. 100x nicer than Sam's Town. Won't even walk into that casino again.

The elevators were super sketchy they were constantly breaking down. I booked a king room way in advance and they put us in a handicapped room. The fridge was frozen couldnt use it. The ice machine was broken. The halls upstairs smelled aweful like plumbing gone wrong. The cafe said it was open until 2am and they had it shut down.. 😒 The drinks were good the view was good.

Paid good money to stay here for a night out at a concert. We spent a good portion of the day gambling in the ballys casino prior to the the concert. My 39 year old friend and I, 65 years old, were waved through the security ALL DAY as we went in an out. We Spent over $1000 between the 2 of us during the day. Also each enjoyed one cocktail served to us while we played slots. After the concert we decided to just stay at our hotel and play a little more before retiring for the evening. We were walking through security as we did probably 10 times that day and they decided to card my 39 year old friend whose actual ID is expired and she did not have her extension paperwork with her. Well, she is a GM at a restaurant in the Dallas International airport and is in the middle of extending her work visa, she has an extension while she waits for her paperwork. She’s been doing this for over 25 years! Though anyone coming over the border NOW gets handed everything!!! But that’s besides the point. The POINT IS all day they allowed us in there to spend our money, serve us a cocktail and not once ask for id. If the establishment can not let ANYONE IN WITHOUT VALID ID THEN WHY AREN’T they carding EVERY SINGLE PERSON WALKING THROUGH THEIR DOORS??!!! I completely understand refusal for entry without valid ID, but they didn’t check mine! What if mine was expired, and ALL THE OTHER GUESTS they let walk through all day!!!! WRONG WRONG WRONG. She was discriminated and I am pissed!

Rooms were not cleaned and disgusting! Sink, tub, shower had stuff all in them. Floors were not vacuumed, stains all over the place, and the beds had no bed skirts. Rooms were changed with no apologies and we were sent to the “pet friendly” floor….. stepped off the elevator and the smell of animal urine almost knocked us over. This room was cleaner however, we spent the entire weekend listening to yelping dogs and walking through urine filled halls. Not happy at all especially with the price tag we paid.

I LIKE THAT IT WAS VERY CLEAN!!!!! IF THERE WAS ANYTHING I DIDN'T LIKE, SEEMED LIKE A COUPLE OF THE ELEVATORS WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. OTHER THEN THAT. HAD AN AMAZING TRIP.

The rooms are huge and very clean! The staff is so friendly with lots of early and late dinning options! I love that it’s close by everything in town. Easy walk or ride for shopping or other fun adventures!

Very dated and tired. Clearly nothing done to this casino in a long time. By all appearances, they are riding out until they close it. Staff on casino floor very inattentive and rude. Especially on the 2nd floor where the pit attendant barked at us making it clear we were unwelcome. We went to the only restaurant that was open, we were the only people, we asked if they are still open, she replied yes and sat us, after being seated, we sat there for 15 minutes with no one coming to the table, plenty looked but never came to take our order. We went to counter, they suggested ordering take out and leaving. We finally just gave up and left telling the man at the counter we were just going to leave. He turned his head back around to us snapped what! As if we had insulted him instead of they us. The elevators didn't work properly, getting stuck and just opening and closing the doors. The floor had trash and build up of dirt and scum around openings, and elevator doors were visibly rustly. When we finally made it to our rooms, we tried calling for food delivery/takeout, every place we tried refused to deliver. Dirty and mold growing in and around showers, the wallpaper was peeling throughout bathrooms. Drawer wouldn't stay shut between beds. Difficult to shower and rinse soap off because the water pressure in showers was very low. On a positive note, Mary and Christopher at the front desk at check in were the only ones nice, polite and helpful staff in the facility.

The elevators don’t work! A poor man in a wheelchair had to be taken down the service elevator after waiting 30 minutes for someone “to check on it”! We had to use the stairs to the 9 th floor! They were intermittent in their use, quite the safety hazard!
