However, I encountered a significant setback at the front desk, where further training is clearly needed. My sister and I had booked two rooms to rest during our childhood home renovation. Unfortunately, a simple request to retrieve my key from my room turned into a humiliating ordeal. Despite explaining my predicament, the guest receptionist, Monica, insisted I come down in person, disregarding my lack of presentability. This unnecessary inconvenience left me feeling mortified and embarrassed. Such lapses in customer service overshadow the positives of my stay, making it unlikely for me to return in the future.
