One tip to guests is to specify "Garden Inn" clearly, as taxi drivers and tour operators often confuse it with the Hilton Millennium nearby. This hotel is an excellent choice for those wanting comfort with great location and easy access to Bangkok's riverside attractions."

"Very nice facility! Can tell it is more high end than others around the area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Smooth check in/out process. Staff spoke excellent English, easy to communicate. It is located in an okay area. Walkable to many different convenient stores and marketplaces but traffic was pretty bad around the area. "

"Our room was spacious and clean with a great river view. The breakfast is fantastic. The free shuttle to IconSiam is a nice perk, we used it several times. We stayed for 5 nights and will definitely stay here again when we are in Bangkok. The staff are the friendliest you will find anywhere and they will help you with a big smile on their face with any problem you may have. Big thumbs up for the Royal Orchid!!!"
