A first bedroom on this level features 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to the terrace. A shower room with WC serves this floor.

The first of these rooms measures 20 m2 and includes 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm, a private shower room with WC, and a private exit to the terrace.
