Great location, breakfast buffet was varied & plentiful, clean rooms, superb staff. Hotel also accommodates large groups (Viking cruises) so at times may be a wait for one of the two elevators. Would definately stay here again!

Fantastic hotel, great location re the city centre and all forms of public transport, wonderful breakfast, spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and always there when needed but not in your face.

Helpful staff, accommodated many requests we had. Great complimentary coffee station and option to take away croissant from breakfast with bags available for this. Delicious food, excellent service in sports bar with staff remembering how we all ordered our drinks
