J’ai réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel pour un court séjour, mais l’expérience a été très décevante.
Dès mon arrivée, j’ai constaté plusieurs problèmes :
– La chambre n’était pas prête et ne correspondait pas à la réservation (j’avais demandé un lit double et trois lits simples, il n’y avait que deux lits simples).
– Aucun frigidaire dans la chambre, ce qui est pourtant un service de base dans la majorité des hôtels.
– Le cadenas de la porte était défectueux, et il fallait plus de 2 minutes...

"This property was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Unique architecture and beautiful attention to details. The staff is incredible and made us feel very welcome.
