I rarely leave reviews, but in this case I had to. Honestly, I wouldn’t book this hotel again. The exterior looks beautiful, but unfortunately, the rooms are a completely different story. We were given an upgrade, but the room smelled musty and felt quite dirty, more like a motel than a hotel.
The windows also had very poor sound insulation, so we could hear the noise from the restaurants below until past midnight, making it difficult to sleep.
The staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming, but unfortunately, the hotel itself laisse à désirer.
