"Lovely hotel! Though I think that when a hotel is renovating they have a duty along with the travel companies like yourselves to inform the customer before booking. That is a bit sly. I found the pool menu and the room service menu very below standard. Needs improving. Overall, the hotel is very nice including the staff. Just needs a little attention with the finer details being a 5 Star hotel. Just lacks that little bit of class. "

A special thanks to Meryem from housekeeping, and Meryem from the restaurant. They did their very best to make us and the kids feel at home.
