Staff are kind & nice, place is walkable to Jmaa El-Fnaa. Only issue is in the dining area, a bit slow in serving the food.

The only good thing was it’s location

We booked this riad last minute with no reviews — took a bit of a risk while landing in Marrakech at 2 a.m. — and we’re so glad we did! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Even though we got in very late, they welcomed us warmly and let us stay until check-in. They went above and beyond during our stay — walking us to and from places, arranging safe and reliable rides, offering great local advice, and just being genuinely amazing throughout. The spa experience was wonderful, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would 100% recommend this riad. Don’t hesitate — book it!

Everything about our stay at Riad Ushuaia was fantastic: the room was very spacious and had a balcony, everything was spotless. The people working at the Riad are super helpful and polite and couldn't have done any more to make our stay perfect. It was our daughter's birthday, and the staff decorated our breakfast table for her and served her a piece of cake with a candle, which was such a lovely gesture. We loved the Riad and will definitely come back. Thank you to everyone who works there for making us feel so welcome!
