Sidi Ouassay Holidays

Quick one night stay at Timoulay but everything was wonderful. Staff were extremely helpful for our group of 10. Location was perfect for our adventures.

Hotel is lovely, great facility, Great Pool, Great bars and the pool and bar staff were great. It’s a good buffet and good all inclusive. Downsides: It was very difficult to book any of the à la carte restaurants at a sensible time. My room spelled a bit foisty. Our dressing gowns were damp on arrival. We ran out of shower gel which wasn’t topped up. The WiFi is atrocious. I asked to cancel my last night on the day I arrived. I am still awaiting a response from the hotel and Expedia on this. I would go again if I was in Agadir though.

Climatisation ne fonctionne pas ou très faible. Les repas dans les restaurants sont médiocres et composée des restes du buffet. Pour avoir un vrai café, il faut attendre a 9h30

The hotel staff went above and beyond when dealing with any queries, they where friendly and easy to speak with. Upon arrivals we where given tea and biscuits. We unfortunately had ants in our room being the bottom floor I am assuming this is the reason. It was quickly rectified by the staff. But I think the room needed a more through expection in the future. Some of the room looked a little tired. But I saw staff making improvements to certain areas. The hotel is one of the furthest to the marina. Breakfast was good but nothing spectacular. But the food served at the pool was very tasty and better then expected. They provided a heated small pool for the kids which was a very good facility. The beach front wasn’t far from the hotel either.

Worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. I am leaving a 1-star review due to severe maintenance issues, dishonest customer service, and misleading promises regarding dining: 1. Air Conditioning & Lack of Sleep The AC in our room was essentially non-functional. Front desk staff initially claimed it was a door sensor issue that would be fixed, but later retracted that and stated it was "the best it can cool." The room remained hot, making it impossible to sleep. 2. Dismissive Guest Relations Desk Guest Relations explicitly promised that if the AC couldn't be repaired, they would transfer us to a new room. They never followed through and were completely dismissive when followed up with. 3. Poor Food & Unfulfilled À La Carte Perks The buffet food was consistently bland and repetitive. On top of that, we were promised access to the à la carte restaurant reservations upon booking, but staff never gave us the opportunity or assistance to actually make a reservation. Bottom line: Management lacks basic customer care, maintenance is neglected, and advertised dining options were not delivered. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.
