Nice property (especially the pool), great staff & breakfast. Remote and very limited restaurant opportunities. NOTE: Very rude service people throughout the downtown area. The worst I have experienced in the 20 countries & 60 cities - I have been in to date...By far. There are much nicer Italian cities to visit!!

Recommended for a pleasant stay
The hotel is very comfortable. All the staff is very helpful and is there to assist the hotel guests with anything needed. From reservations and suggestions of restaurants, tips on parking tips around the city, what to see in Tuscany, breakfast service and in fact anything one can think of!! Highly Recommended

Beautiful property. Breakfast was provided each morning. Service was impeccable. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about bus and train service. Called for taxi when you needed one and they would arrive in less than 5 minutes. Clean room, bed was comfortable and AC was cold. WiFi was not very good. Making taking the online Covid test to return home impossible. I would visit again.

Very welcoming Andy friendly staff. Great location plenty of parking. Very clean and functional rooms apart from the air conditioner which was set to heat rather than cool because it could be cold in a morning. The outside temp at 9am was 20 degrees C. Good breakfast and good service at breakfast. Nice place to stay In Siena

The property, hotel and location were great. We travelled to Italy during a heat wave and it was great to have air conditioning. The room was clean, roomy and had a fridge. The grounds, including a patio, lawn and a pool made relaxing and picnicking easy. The hotel is a quick bus ride to town and the bus tickets are available to buy at the front desk. The walk to the bus stop is a couple of minutes. There is also plentiful free parking. The hotel staff members were amazingly helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with cappuccinos made to order. The bar was open 24/7 for snacks and drinks, including local wine. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of lodging in Siena.

Good, quiet location about 2 miles from the centre of Siena and a mile or so from the railway station (links to Florence, Rome etc). Spacious free parking at hotel. Nice views around the outskirts of Siena from the lawns and pool area. Good-sized pool, very clean and gardens well maintained. Staff were very polite, smiling and helpful. Pleasant breakfast room, lounge and small bar.Tea, coffee, some snacks available (at extra charge). Our room was functional rather than spectacular but very clean and tidy and well-serviced daily. Free safe deposit box in room as well as small fridge. The hotel does breakfast only but we had good advice from reception about local restaurants and amenities. To be picky it would be nice to have had tea and coffee-making facilities in the room.

Awesome in every way
For the money one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Although the hotel did not have a restaurant on the premises there was an amazing restaurant within walking distance (and thanks to the staff I did not have to work hard to find it). The hotel is registered as a 3 star on Hotels.com but there is not much a 4 star hotel will offer that Sangallo Park doesn't.

We had a lovely 6 night stay at this hotel. Plenteous breakfast with many choices. Staff very accommodating to call cabs, make restaurant recommendations and reservations, etc. NOT in city center of Siena—-so would be a long walk to town (we had a car).

A real gem in Siena!
The hotel was amazing, but its staff really boosts the rating to excellent. They went above and beyond to help me order dinner in Ansbach to recommend places to go.

Lovely Town
Convenient as we had a car and it also had plenty of parking. Close enough to walk to the city. Close to transport. No tea or coffee making facilities.

Nice hotel
Great staff, good breakfast, 24hr bar, nice rooms. It's also up on a hill so possible to get some great pictures. Only drawback is there aren't any restaurants close by so getting lunch and dinner can be a challenge.

Awesome hotel
We loved this hotel. Stayed 3 nights to really explore Tuscany. Room quite spacious and very clean, great WIFI, excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs and even bacon. The staff were very friendly and very informative for directions and dining suggestions. Good location to get into Siena and leave city to explore other towns. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great budget hotel, friendly staff
Somewhat far from the Siena center, hotel has free parking, working air conditioning, elevator, reasonably sized rooms, safe accommodating 15 inch laptop, basically all I expected from a budget hotel. Staff is extra friendly. One thing i didn't care much for are bed mattresses​, too firm for my taste. But many hotels here in Italy have those so if you are like me and like it softer bring a foam mattress and you will enjoy this little hotel. Recommended.

A bit removed but a lovely place
We only stayed one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy what appeared to be a lovely pool. Evening dining was a little challenging. There was one option that we never found by driving (the one-way streets and drives kept turning us around and confusing our GPS). We found it only after returning to the hotel and going on foot. It was a short walk through a nice neighborhood. Good food. I suggest an extension cord for people requiring c-pap or bi-pap machines. Of the several hotels that we stayed in while in Italy, only one had convenient outlets for such machines.

Hotel is nice. Breakfast was good. Beautiful views. Beds are harder than we are used too. Not enough outlets as I use a cpap machine and you need an extension cord. As there are only one maybe 2 outlets. Staff friendly and helpful. They recommended a pizza restaurant called La veranda. It was good but hard to drive there. Easier to walk as our gps got us lost so we walked there. Didn't get to use pool. Not enough time. Close to Siena walled city and we drove there and parked at San Francesco. Parking lot.

We really enjoyed our quiet peaceful stay in this clean modern beautiful situated hotel with spectacular pool and view over Siena ! We loved it here and would definately recommend to others (with a car, I cant speak for any convenience of public transportation but a taxi was only 10-12$ one way to Siena and fast!)

Other than cigarette smells in the room, it was very comfortable, very reasonably priced and the breakfast is outstanding. Great value and I would stay there again
