Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception. We had to call their number to get someone to let us into the hotel, as we had arrived later than 11:30 pm. Make sure to consider this when and if booking. Room was okay, but walls were very thin and noise can easily go to other rooms.

We tried to check in , they were not available at the site, we ended up without a hotel that night, next morning, we asked expedia for refund since we didn’t stay at the hotel. Expedia was trying to communicate with the hotel for full or even partial refund. Yet, the hotel refused to request for the refund which basically they took our money without even accommodating our stays.

"It was big and empty, and not welcoming at all. It was quite an old building that would have been grand once. The room was clean but basic. The staff seemed surprised when I arrived, so I don’t think they have many visitors. The food was poor and not heated through properly. I was ill the next day ..."
