Excellent hotel, very clean, comfortable, great size rooms and bathrooms. The hotel looks new with an old feel that makes it very elegant and charming. The staff is very helpful and kind. You do need a car to get into Segovia center. Highly recommended.

The hotel was quite nice as was its restaurant (with one of the finest Spanish wines we've ever sampled). It has a wonderful view (from the east) of Segovia. However, it's about 2 miles distant from the tourist attractions of Segovia, so you'll need to drive or hire a taxi in the Spanish heat. The staff were fluent in English and quite helpful if one wanted to improve one's Spanish.

My wife and I drove to town for a day not knowing much about what was all there, just mainly looking to go to the Alcazar. Picked this hotel because of the price and the reviews. Everything was just as described. Very nice place just of the road we drove in on. Off-street free public parking was very close. Check-in was easy. The gentleman spoke English was extremely helpful in helping us navigate the sites around town. He definitely got us to places we would have never found on our own. ...
