"We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub after our long trip and found out upon arrival that it was not in service, so that was a real bummer. We paid extra money for this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. The area around the pool looked really outdated and the doors and windows really needed a good scrub. There were no clean towels at all in the pool area. The bathroom in our room had no fan so mold was growing on the ceiling. The pillows in the room were awful and you couldn't make them any flatter. They were way too full and not comfortable at all. The road noise was unbearable and we didn't sleep at all before our flight. It was so loud it sounded like the window was open but we checked and it was not. If you choose to stay at this hotel I would request a room not on the roadside. The only plus to this hotel was that it was located directly across from the airport which was very convenient. We would not stay here again."

"First off I have stayed her dozens of times over the past 10 years. I will not be staying there again. They advertise daily housekeeping but we stayed 4 nights and they did our room 1 time. There was no coffee in the room, no cups or glasses but there was a coffee maker. Again they always had coffee to make in the room and both paper and glass cups. Lastly the tv in the room was about a 28 inch tv! Granted there were two of them but prior they had big screens. Finally the shower curtain was about 3 inches too short and the water flooded the floor. Combine this with the lack of house cleaning and you get the picture..,soaked towels and floor. Worse yet the hotel was less than 50% full for our stay so it was not like they didn’t have another room. We will not be back. Hampton Inn for us going forward. "

"Very clean and well maintained. The room I was in was also very quiet. Staff were professional and you got ok breakfast in the morning. "

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. All the staff was very friendly and really focused on our needs. It truly seemed like their goal was to make us happy and our stay memorable. Our room was spacious and clean. The following morning we had a hearty and delicious breakfast with home cooked favorites such as scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and many more. All in all a very nice stay."

"I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately it did not meet expectations. The front desk staff was very nice and quick, which I appreciated, but the room itself was not clean. The towels were stained and had visible dirt/marks on them that made me uncomfortable using them. The bed sheets and bed cover had hair, stains, and some holes. The room was very dusty, and there was old food residue under the desk. Overall, the cleanliness was very disappointing and made the stay uncomfortable. I would not stay here again and hope management improves their cleaning standards."
