Condo is equipped with nearly everything you need to enjoy a fun and relaxing short or long term stay.

Beach Gear: Towels, chairs, and coolers are available for guests to take with them to enjoy their day at the beach or pool.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped to make home cooked meals to enjoy your stay. Whether you are having Thanksgiving dinner or sandwiches to take to the beach. We’ve got you covered. Newly added to the kitchen is a Keurig dual coffee maker. Makes both a pot of drip coffee and single cups with k-pods.

Dining Room: Brand new dining room table fits 6-people to dine comfortably.

Living Room: Brand new sofa that converts into a double sized bed. New recliner and loveseat. Bar cart complete with shaker, bar tools, and ice bucket (no alcohol included). Smart TV connected to wi-fi with the ability to connect to your Netflix or other streaming accounts.

Master Bedroom: King sized bed with new memory foam mattress and new pillows. Ample closet space and a dresser to store your clothes. Master bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom.

Second Bedroom: Two twin sized beds with new memory foam mattress and new pillows. Ample closet space and a dresser to store your clothes.

Guests have access to all spaces with exception of the locked owners closets that are labeled.

Owners can be contacted via Airbnb if anything is needed during your stay. Additionally, an on-site property manager will be available. Information is included in the booklet included in the condo.

Crescent Beach on Siesta Key is fun yet laid-back. You get the amazing white sands and sunsets of Siesta Key beach with 365 days of live music at local restaurants and bars. You are sure to fall in love with this quaint beach town!

While you have everything you need at Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Key Village are only a short ride away with Siesta Key’s free trolley that goes up and down the 7-mile island.

This is a very accessible area with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Siesta Key also offers a free trolly that goes up and down the island.

Please note the strict check-in and check-out times. Early check-in can only be accommodated if my Property Manager is available to meet at the condo at that given time and the Early Check-in fee of $50 per hour is paid in advance.

The Cleaning company often has to clean multiple properties on the same day when there are back to back bookings. This is why we have a 4 pm check-in out of necessity so we can provide a sparkling clean condo to every guest that stays with us.

Early Check-In is not permitted unless there’s good cause. The Cleaning Company has multiple units to clean in a given day. That’s why we have a 4 pm check-in time to give them the ability to prepare all of the properties for that particular day.

Exceptions will be made if possible for a $50 early check-in fee per hour.

No guests allowed under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 years.
