The open-concept main floor is bright and welcoming, with a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, and living room that opens to an enclosed lanai overlooking the water.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals. Oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.
★Dining:
Dining table can seat 6 guest and kitchen island can seat 3 guest.
★Bedrooms:
1-The primary bedroom, located on the 3rd floor, has a King-sized bed and your own private access to a covered balcony.
2-The guest bedroom, located on the 3rd floor as well, has a queen-sized bed.
3- The third bedroom also located on the 3rd floor has a queen-sized bed.
Bedding & linens are included.

The home offers a total of three well-appointed bathrooms. On the main level, there is a convenient half bath, ideal for guests and everyday use. The spacious primary bedroom includes a private en-suite full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is located near another full bathroom, which is equipped with a combination shower and bathtub.
★ Balcony:
This home features multiple outdoor spaces designed to take full advantage of the beautiful waterfront views. Just off the living room, an enclosed lanai provides a serene, all-weather retreat with stunning views of the water—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. In addition, the primary suite boasts its own private balcony, offering a peaceful and secluded spot to enjoy the tranquil water scenery.

Located on the South side of the key. Short 20 minute drive to Downtown Sarasota and a 30 minute drive to SRQ airport.

Available for an additional fee of $700/month, the slip accommodates vessels up to 35' and includes a 10,000-pound lift.
Please contact us in advance to confirm availability. Boat lift fitting is at the tenant’s expense.

- Residence is located next to water, supervise children at all times.
- No parties and non-smoking.
- AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F.
- Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
