"This was my favorite vacation and vacation spot ever! First, the front desk person was extremely nice. She showed me a map of the grounds, where the beach was, and some suggestions for places to eat and things to do. This was greatly appreciated as it was my first time in the Siesta area. The room was incredibly clean and even came with 4 beach towels that we could exchange for new towels at any time. We were a leisurely 3 minute walk from the beach. That was super great. The location itself has laundry on premesis, as well as TWO separate pools. One is a more updated fancy looking pool with waterfalls and many places to sit or lay out. The other, older, pool is a basic rectangle but goes to about 8 ft deep. We took advantage of both of these pools and they were both great and a comfortable temperature. Within walking distance was about 10-15 restaurants, a few ice cream places, a donut place, a convenience store, and a bus stop for the free trolly/bus that goes up to Siesta Beach and to downtown Sarasota. It runs every 15 mins or so. I cannot thank this property, its friendly staff, and its great cleaning folks enough. Thank you so much for a great vacation. "

"It was a low key relaxing vacation located right across the street from the beach. I originally booked the bar side and they upgraded my husband and I to a suite on the pool side due to renovations happening on our original room. The front desk employees are super helpful and since our flight landed at 10:45am and check in is not until 4:00pm I requested early check in for $25 if possible. They texted me as soon as the room was ready which was about an hour after arrival and they also stored our luggage in the office while we had drinks and lunch at the Tiki bar. They provided a ton of K-cups and 4 waters in our room and you could go to the office to request more which I did for Free. The atmosphere is so relaxing everyone was friendly that stayed there and we met a lot of people from all over. The sand at the beach is to die for!! Super powdery and was cool on your feet so you weren't running to the water for relief. Awesome sunsets on the beach also and everything from restaurants, bars, breakfast establishments and shopping were all within walking distance no need to rent a car. Lyft from airport was super easy to navigate and cost $33 with a tip. All in all an excellent location and very quiet area. I would definitely recommend this hotel & would stay again."

"Very cute, Old World Florida Motel right on the beach. Very clean suite with nice appliances, plates, pans etc. to use. Clean sheets, fluffy towels, nice decor. Elvie at the desk was wonderful and friendly. Easy 4-minute walk to the beach. Sunsets at the beach are spectacular! The Manager was so kind to upgrade our room, it was a nice surprise upon check in. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer"
