Everything was perfect. We flew in and had everything we needed. A closet with beach supplies was fabulous and we even added a few things along with a float pump for future guest. It was so clean. Having a washer and dryer was wonderful. The property is very quiet and easy to navigate. The view is beautiful

Beautiful condo and very comfortable. Amazing view of the pool, property and beach/ocean. The condo is on the 3rd floor with elevator and stairs nearby. The condo was very clean, spacious and was well kept and stocked.No issues. Would stay here again.The owners are very nice and quick to respond answering any questions.10/10

More than we expected

The location, the accommodations, the staff was more than we expected and we'll definitely be back. We could not have picked a better place, conveniently located and right on the beach! Most relaxing vacation we've had in quite some time. Siesta Key and Siesta Breakers is the place to come and have a wonderful time!

Everything with the host was fine. it was just repairs going on outside of our condo the whole time we were there. jack hammers everyday from 9-4. I feel this should be up front information with the renters before signing any contracts and paying. The condo is up for sale and needs some interior work done. It served our purpose. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Siesta Breakers and you cannot beat the location.

Great location

We had a problem with the A/C unit. Everything was resolved in a couple of hours. It was a holiday so it was pretty amazing that they send somebody right away. Overall a very pleasant experience. Few steps to the beach, nice apartment.

Nice condo with an ocean view

My elderly mother stayed here with her friends for 2 weeks . The property was clean , the lanai is huge with a view of the ocean . My mom says they were very comfortable here . The grounds of the property are nice and very kept up. My mom says the beds were very comfortable. It is an older property , could maybe use an update . But it looked exactly as the pictures , would stay agin!

311 Siesta Breakers

Older, but nice and functional 2 bedroom condo Just above the pool. Everything worked. You have to watch the toilets when flushed or they will run. The handle are a little sticky/tricky. Also, no T/P or paper towls or Klennex provided. Good stock of towels and wash clothes. Best location on Siesta Key .. Just accross the bridge on Stickney Point Rd. We've stayed in several units at Siesta Breakers .. Great Place!!

Perfect location, beautiful property

We were a party of four adults for a 16 day stay. Communication with the PM was excellent, arrival instructions received 48 hours ahead of checkin, all codes worked. Condo was clean and decently equipped. Main bedroom king bed is comfortable, guest room full size tolerable - really needs a new queen mattress set. The place is dated, but clean and everything works. Washer and dryer in the kitchen were a huge plus - no need to overpack. Plenty of beach towels. Smart TV's everywhere. Property is manicured and secure. Always chairs and tables by the pool available. Unlimited private beach chairs and loungers a nice touch. For the cooking enthusiast: bring at least one sharp knife, there are none here. Also no cutting board. You will need all supplies, including salt and pepper and cooking oil. There are adequate pots, pans, bakeware, widgets, dishes, cutlery. Short on coffee mugs. The Keurig was broken, but PM Melissa replaced it on Day 1 within hours of notification. NOTE: If cooking isn't your thing, walk directly across the street to Captain Curt's or Daiquiri Deck for lunch/supper, Toasted Mango or Captain Curt's coffee shop for breakfast. (And Orange Octopus for ice cream.) Good value, can't beat the beach or the overall location right at the end of the bridge. Definitely would stay at Siesta Breakers again.

Our hosts were very good. We had some maintenance issues that required repairs and they were very good with communication about the situation and scheduling of repairs. I asked for an extra lamp because there were no overhead lights in the unit and they were very responsive about getting that to us.

Welcome info was fine but would have appreciated getting it sooner than 2 days before arrival and also better tv instructions and basic channel listings would have helped. The tv controller was incredibly sticky as if covered with glue. Some LR furniture seemed beat-up and the recliners didn't work smoothly. A chair for dressing would have been nice in each bedroom. A cutting board would be nice in the kitchen. Great view from deck and nice location of unit. We'd stay there again.
