The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a modern island and bar seating, makes gathering for meals effortless, while stylish bedrooms and modern bathrooms with walk-in showers offer comfort after a day in the sun.



Enjoy a full office setup with a dedicated desk, a fenced backyard with water views, a fire pit, and a kayak for your use. Pets are welcome—dogs under 80 lbs are allowed. Dogs must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not permitted on the furniture. A dog crate is provided at the property for your convenience.



What makes this stay special is the way the home blends indoor comfort with outdoor living. Spend your days lounging by the private swimming pool, grilling at the outdoor bar & BBQ area, or unwinding in the covered patio lounge overlooking the canal. Near to Siesta Key Beach, you’ll be close to world-famous white sand beaches, Siesta Village restaurants and shops, and nearby attractions such as Turtle Beach, waterfront dining, and local parks. The location offers the perfect balance of peaceful waterfront living and easy access to everything the area has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

The home is located directly on a canal. Guests, especially those with children, should be mindful around the private dock. Life jackets are not provided, so please bring your own if you plan to use kayaks or other watercraft.
