A large swimming pool with a private dock on a canal navigable to the Gulf of Mexico with a shore filed with magnificent stands of mangrove, manatees, herons, pelicans for your enjoyment.

A large patio with a pool only a step from the master bedroom. The living room faces the swimming pool and the Grand Room has sweeping views of the water through large sliding glass doors which, when open, let you bring the outdoors into the home.

The master suite features a queen size bed and master bath with walk-in shower and a large bathtub.

The second bedroom features two twin beds and en suite bathroom with single sink and a bathtub.

The Grand Room features a King Size Bed with your own private fireplace for a cozy night.
