La Belle de Sigean
- A haven of peace in Occitanie. This lovely villa, in a very quiet residential area, can accommodate 6 to 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms. It faces south on a fenced 797 m² plot, and its swimming pool is secured. The terrace is equipped with shade blinds, and the interior is air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beaches and the sea are a 10-minute drive away, local shops are a 10-minute walk, Narbonne is 20 minutes away, and Perpignan is 30 minutes away. Private parking. The accommodation: There are 3 bedrooms, all equipped with wardrobes. Two bedrooms are equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, and the third bedroom has two 90x200 cm beds. Duvets and pillows are provided. Linens are not included, but we can rent sheets and towels upon request. Other remarks: The dimensions of the swimming pool are Length: 6.04 m x Width 1: 3.53 m x Width 2: 2.68 m x Depth: 1.20 m, and it is open from June to September. The fireplace is not in use.
