Great quiet location but within easy walking distance. Great breakfast. Good room lovely view great bathroom with walk in shower. Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful setting

Great staff, great location for the train and a grocery store is part of the building. Room is starting to show some wear, won’t be long and the hardwood will need some refinishing. Tile work in the bathroom is starting to show its age. Lots of chalking used to stop water leaks. Bath plug and overflow cap was missing from the tub (not sure why). But overall was good, we would stay again. Canadian couple in for the winter games.

The welcoming staff ladies, made our first impression very good! The room, was better than expected! Location cannot be more close to the Arena of Verona!

Clean room but dirty grout in bathroom and dirty bottom in the bath tub. Ran out of shower gel. Staff service very poor - hard to get a good morning out of them, nevermind a smile..... Scrambled eggs overcooked and luke warm, same for spinach, beans and carrots. All in all, 4 out of 10 from me - room for improvement, especially for the service.
