"It’s an ok hotel. It’s clean and well located. Do I feel like it’s a four star, not really, more like a well maintained three star. If you’re looking for guests services and amenities this isn’t the place for you because there aren’t any. The elevators despite having three are extremely slow, in busy period you can wait 5/10 minutes. Rooms are clean but basic and the air conditioning whilst modern is weak so the room is very hot even on 15c. I probably wouldn’t stay at this property again for more than a night or two."

"Staffs are so wonderful and polite. Room has good view of Namsan Seoul tower. Amenities are a bit lacking. Bathroom definitely needs some works or refresh since it doesn’t have good enclosure and therefore water is leaking out when taking shower. Breakfast is good with lovely personnel."

"We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there. "
