"The location is excellent! Very close and easy walk to either the beach or the bay. We loved checking the bay side for sunsets. The beach was beautiful and quiet each day. And there were lots of dolphins when we were there. Perfect for family days at the beach. The pool was nice after a long day at the beach to cool off and is nicely shaded. The house is perfect for an extended family or multiple family vacation. My only complaint was the mosquitoes! They love the parking area and right by the pool. The house is a well loved beach house. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend and go again."

"This home was beautiful and has everything you need for a great vacation. The best part was the screened in porch off the living room. We sat out there with our dog and it was so nice and shady. We couldnt arrive on Saturday and the host was nice enough to offer us a Sunday thru Sunday stay. Great property!"

"This place was excellent. Plenty of room for 12 and the elevator was very handy for older guests or heavy grocery loads. There were some ants, but not really a big deal. The only negative was the grill not working. It was rusted out and needs replacing."
