Very large hotel. Staff friendly, but friendliness of front desk people seemed forced rather than genuine. The hotel seemed very well-staffed (there are plenty of staff around). Beautiful, but small, swimming pool. Even smaller workout room. My room was spacious and very comfortable. A/C worked well and room was quiet and well equipped. A 5-min walk to the Dammtor station, from which one can easily reach the Hauptbahnhof. Short walk to lovely park along the water, too.

"Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Bathroom was for handicapped people and didn’t like. Mentioned to staff and they said they sometimes give to non-handicapped. Parking was a bit tricky.
