"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was filthy. The curtains had holes that were burnt in them and the place had a mixed smell of smoke and mold. "

"I’m not one to complain. But it was just one thing after another at this property. Booked a king, got bumped to 2 queens without notice. Hair left in the shower, the bath tub spout was coming out of the wall, the bedding/pillows smelled like dirty laundry/scalp oils. "

"When I called to advise I will be checking in late the “manager” informed me my reservation was canceled. No one called me or tried to reach me as to why. When I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager and started yelling. Worst customer service especially from a “manager”. "

"Perfect if you just need a place to sleep for the night. It’s a motel. Quiet stay. Check in was quick and painless. No bugs. Bathroom was clean. The room was dated but adequate. Beds were comfortable, but comforter was dated. Pillows and sheets were not bad. My wife says the comforter wasn’t breathable and she was hot. Room a/c worked great."

"Very very nice stay. The staff is super accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very comfy and clean. We loved that the location was walking distance to the stadium and so close to many restaurants. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again "

"After checking into the room I was washing up and noticed it was dirty behind the faucet, I looked closer and saw an old dried up contact lens. I went and told the front desk and they called house keeping. I decided I’d go for a walk. I was gone for almost 2 hours and when I got back the room still hadn’t been cleaned. I went to the front desk again and complained. One of the ladies there went up and personally cleaned it. I then went to the bar and ordered a rare ribeye and it came out well done, they sent it back and when I got it again it was closer to raw than rare. Kitchen manager came out and talked with me and he made it right. I normally don’t complain but for this price of room and steak my expectations were higher than what I received. Front desk ladies, bartenders and managers of the bar/kitchen were all super friendly and polite. If ever in Lubbock again I will give it another shot."
