"Staff at check-in was amazing! He let us check-in a few hours early. Very welcoming and professional. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the view was so beautiful and tranquil. Highly recommend! Safe area during both the day and night. Planning to book again in a month or so!"

"We booked this hotel because it was close to an activity we had planned. We were looking forward to swimming in the pool and going to the hot tub but the hot tub was closed and the door to the pool seemed to be broken. The receptionist tried to help us but couldn’t figure it out herself, she had to call maintenance which took a while to get there cutting into our pool time. Overall we were satisfied with the help we received but disappointed to not be able to get into the hot tub because it was dirty. "
