"We had a great weekend stay at this cozy house in the woods. It was very peaceful and quiet, but not far from UNC (10-15min drive). Our minivan was able to handle the gravel driveway. The house and 3 bedrooms had plenty of space, and the gathering areas were the perfect size with enough seating for everyone. There is even a fenced in backyard if you bring dogs. No hand towels were placed out when we arrived, but we were able to get some from the closet. No toiletry items such a shampoo or conditioner either but we had brought our own. Veva, the host, was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again with my family! "
"The house is very spacious and has plenty of room for a big group. It was nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew didn’t do a thorough job. The linens were changed and bathroom was mostly cleaned but the kitchen needed help. I would also suggest having something, like a binder, that gives guests information about the area and things to do; emergency info; instructions for checking out, etc. The house met our needs for our group but it is really bare bones. "
"The cabin was perfect for my 5 year old daughter and I to spend a few days. There is a grill and kitchenette (no stove/oven) but that's fine for short stays or if you plan to eat out most days. Clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The hosts were amazing - friendly, helpful, easy to reach. Highly recommend this for your next getaway."
"The property is in a convenient location but also is quiet and serene. We enjoyed the deck (no bugs even though we were in the woods, probably because it is on the 2nd story). King sized bed was adequate and the big shower was amazing! Lots of creative decorations made it fun in the cabin. The place was very clean and well stocked. We were the only guests (there are 4 units total on the property) so it was quiet. I appreciated the quick responses (via the app) from the host, even late at night :) My only issue was that the check-in/check-out instructions were only accessible on-line which I had trouble accessing. I wish they would provide a hard copy in the rental unit.Overall I would recommend this place. Good for families too, there was a play area with swings, a slide and a climbing wall for kids. Also a firepit in the common area. "
"Beautiful farm and luxurious dome lodging. I would love to book again and plan to share this gem with others. Looks like a great spot to host a wedding and a great spot for kids (lots of cute friendly goats). I booked with a good friend and we mostly lounged on the patio and enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and cold plunge."
