Crown and Mitre Hotel
Tiny bathroom with peeling paint on bath ,entrance to hotel looks fab ,our room was dingy ,over bed light one wasn’t working and it wasn’t the bulb .the lift is tiny and need a paint job .pool and jacuzzi was fine ,staff pleasant .but sadly won’t book this hotel again

The Halston
Luxury lodge, Bassenthwaite,Nr Keswick, at the foot of Skiddaw.
Lovely lodge with great location and views across Bassenthwaite. Highly recommend Ravenstone Manor for a drink!
