The rooms are spacious with big beds and good bathrooms. The breakfast selection was very good and was constantly topped up.
The hotel is in a convenient location for the main tourist spots, such as Grand Place, and for travel links for the trams, metro, traibs and buses.

Nice hotel and good location but a bit dated with uncomfortable bed and no room service after midnight which is absurd for a hotel of this size and stature. Walls also paper thin so you can hear your neighbors talking or crying etc. staff doesn’t ask how your stay was on departure

Great location. The shower in the room was a bit small, but that might just be the "American" in me... There was also a lack of outlets in the room. Very minor things, I would stay here again. Clean, safe, vibrant!

The staff were very kind and I was actually able to check in an hour early as my room was ready. The breakfast was very nice and beds very comfortable. The WiFi was reliable and easy to access. On my last night there was a noise issue in a nearby room and they kindly (and very quickly) moved me away ...
