"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. I only wish the lazy river had been open, as it would have made the experience even better. The location is fantastic! We loved the convenient train service, and there were plenty of restaurants, a casino, a shopping mall, and Universal Studios all nearby. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."
