"By far the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at - and we always stay at nice hotels. The staff are incredible, the entire hotel was immaculate and clean. Everything was over the top including the service. The food was great and the breakfast was the best we’ve had in Switzerland. Amazing place to stay! Highly recommend - worth the splurge for sure!"

"A rather small and awkward attic room, but clean and the bathroom was great. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but we used the restaurant once and the good was great. Lovely staff and nothing to really complain about... But still not as good as we expected."
