Bright 2½-roomed apartment on the second floor, ca. 55 m2. Living/dining room. Stereo system and TV. Open kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Coffee machine CHICCO D'ORO. Balcony with view of the mountains and the lake. Double room (double bed with two single mattresses 2X90X200). Shower/toilet/sink. New and comfortable furnishing. Garage. Shareable ski room and laundry room. Animals are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Splerin is an Engadine house built in 1999, located on the edge of the village. Cross-country ski runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The Corvatsch mountain is in the neighbouring village Surlej, 1km away. Busses run in the winter season every half hour in any direction. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.

Wurden vor der Anreise immer gut informiert. Zahlungsabwicklung hat gut geklappt. Sehr freundliche Rezeptionistinnen. Haben vorbildlich informiert. Präsenzzeiten auch ideal. Wir hatten den Eindruck dass die Mitarbeiterinnen Erfahrung haben und Ihre Sache gut machen. Wir würden in Silvaplana wieder Ferien machen. Vorbildliches Bussystem (Gratisfahrten mit Gästekarte). Brauchten unser Auto die ganze Woche nicht. 5 Sterne. Machen Sie weiter so. Danke Gut eingerichtete Küche. Nasszelle und Stube o.k. TV und Internetempfang auch sehr gut. Schlafzimmer etwas klein. In Hotels und Ferienwohnungen mit häufig wechselnder Gästeschar wären Plattenböden hygienischer, weil man diese feucht reinigen kann. Bei Teppichen siedeln sich schnell Hausstaubmilben an und diese Viecher trägt man dann ins Bett. Bei der nächsten Reservation werden wir das vorgängig abklären.

Wir sind mit den Kontakten sowohl schriftlich als auch telefonisch sehr zufrieden. Freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeitende. Mit der Schlüsselabgabe am Bahnhof St. Moritz hat alles gut geklappt. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben zwar nicht nach einem Briefkasten gefragt. Aber vielleicht könnte man ihrerseits darauf hinweisen. Aber es ist nicht dramatisch. Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Keine speziellen Bemerkungen.
