Balcony with view of the mountains and the lake. Double room (double bed with two single mattresses 2X90X200). Shower/toilet/sink. New and comfortable furnishing. Garage. Shareable ski room and laundry room. Animals are not allowed.

    HOUSE DESCRIPTION

    Chesa Splerin is an Engadine house built in 1999, located on the edge of the village. Cross-country ski runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The Corvatsch mountain is in the neighbouring village Surlej, 1km away. Busses run in the winter season every half hour in any direction. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.
