This villa is located 3km from the ocean and from Armaçao de Pêra. The situation is very calm with a view on the countryside and a private swimming pool, all in a green setting of 7000 m2.

Intended for families and lovers of nature and sport, this property is located in the countryside but close to all amenities, restaurants, the ocean.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 with two single beds and one with a double bed, and two bathrooms. It is equipped with air conditioning, internet, wifi and television.

The exterior is a real relaxation area with garden, barbecue, swimming pool and terrace. Work has taken place to refurbish the exterior of the villa: two walls have been built around the swimming pool, an electric gate and a metal fence completely close the property.

The rental price includes cleaning of the villa after your stay.

Two bikes and a surfboard are available against participation in the maintenance.

Peace and tranquillity
The owners have gone a long way to make sure everything is taken care off. Fully equipped villa great pool and a drive with an electric gate makes you feel secure. We visited for a week for an absolute chill week and that’s exactly what we got. Already planning a return visit!!

Perfect family holiday house in a great location
We loved staying at Vivenda Canelas - it was just what we wanted: perfectly located to explore the Algarve, with a great pool for refreshing morning swims and with lovely countryside views from the windows. Fantastic Stay
Really lovely villa in a very very peaceful location. Communication with Andre during the booking process was brilliant, all questions answered very quickly. The villa is about 3k (5 - 10 minute drive) from the coast where you will find lovely beaches and lots of restaurants. The pool is wonderful - in the sun for about 12 hours (parasols provided) - and the cleanest we've ever seen. A really good size also. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and very well equipped. Never been to the Algarve before so it was an ideal central location for exploring. Highly recommended !!!!

Exceeded expectations
The villa was excellent - even better than our expectations based on the pictures. From inside, it was spacious and in good shape, and had everything you needed. From outside, it was quiet and relaxing, offered beautiful views, and a great pool where our 5-year-old daughter learned to swim. Location was great (car required though), and there were lots of beaches and towns to explore nearby. Strongly recommended.

Good location
Villa is conveniently located near major roads, so getting around Algarve by car from there is easy. Yet the location is situated in a quiet neighborhood, so you can enjoy the nature sounds. The place has a big, clean pool and plenty of space around the house. The house itself is spacious and has a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The air conditioning is sufficient, although placed only in two places in the house. There are some drawbacks, like a lack of bug screens in windows, the smell of mold in bedrooms, and poor Internet connectivity. Still, overall, it is an excellent place for the summer holidays if you are looking for a quiet place with a great pool and a good location for getting around southern Portugal by car.

Magnifique et très calme
La villa est idéalement située, au calme, avec une rapidité d'accès à tous les services en quelques minutes de voiture (plages, magasins, marché, loisirs...). Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques. La maison est très bien équipée et la literie excellente. Petit reproche tout de même: le mobilier et la décoration IKEA mais le reste est tellement agréable que cela devient anecdotique. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable et réactif. Tout a été conforme à ce que nous attendions et nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.
