- The house is located on an orange grove, a haven of peace and very close to the town of Silves. You can walk there to shop. The house has just been built and is ecologically at the forefront of new technologies in terms of air conditioning and comfort. It is prepared to receive disabled people.
The house has five bedrooms all with their own bathroom. The living room has incorporated an American kitchen with an island that can accommodate up to 12 people. The living room has more than 100m2 and overlooks the terrace and the swimming pool, with mountain and garden views. The Villa has 150 m2 of fenced terrace, garden, garden furniture, barbecue, free wifi, TV and satellite. The American kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, bird watching.
