Villa Pera by Villa Plus

Villa Pera is a charming four-bedroom villa located in a residential area of Armação de Pêra. Featuring a private swimming pool, spacious interiors, and a dedicated BBQ house, it provides a perfect setting for a relaxing escape. A variety of local bars, restaurants, and a minimarket are just a short walk away, while the picturesque sandy bays of Praia Grande and Armação de Pêra Beach are only a short drive away. The villa is also conveniently close to Alcantarilha and Guia, both offering excellent dining options and local charm. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms in included.

Named after the small coastal village of Amacao de Pera, this villa is within walking distance to a number restaurants and cafes in the centre of the village. Alcantrilha is next door to the villa, and the 17th century town of Guia is also within a 10 minute drive. The resort of Armacao de Pera is also just 10 minutes' drive away as well as plenty of sandy beaches - what more could you want!

Main pool: 6 x 2.5 mtr, 1.5 - 1.5 mtr depth
