This modern spacious apartment situated in the quiet hilltops of the Italian seaside resort of Silvi Marina is an ideal location for those wanting to be close to the beautiful sandy beaches, bars and restaurants on offer.
The apartment which comfortably sleeps 6 people comprises of 2 floors.
A bright spacious living/dining area leading to large terrace for al fresco dining with splendid views of the coastline, a separate fully equipped modern kitchen which also has a small terrace, a guest bathroom on this first floor and a double bedroom.
A staircase leads to 2 further fully fitted bedrooms one of which is the master bedroom with private terrace and a twin bedded room. The 2nd bathroom on this floor has a walk in shower.

Family Wedding
Chose the property to attend a wedding in the area. Property is great - up in the residential area but still only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. Property itself is large and accommodates 6 easily. Very well appointed and clean. Definitely a find and recommended.

Nice property!
Very nice property, well maintained, very clean. Location is Super, close to beaches, and the quaint little hill towns. Many nice restaurants near by, as well as grocery stores. The owner Liliana was very attentive to any question or concerns we had. We had a wonderful stay, Thank You!

Nice appartement/ not clean
It’s a nice appartement with seaside, but it was not clean. The dishwasher was broken and was full off dirty dish, which was probebly in there for weeks. The internet and WiFi was terrible and constantly disconnecting. The contact with the owner was good and fast by mail and Vrbo, but the the people which should come to fix the problems Never did come.

relax in famiglia
l'appartamento è grande e ben accessoriato la posizione è sulla collina per cui si ha una bella vista. la salita per raggiungere la casa è piuttosto impegnativa per cui meglio muoversi in macchina anche se in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva alla spiaggia. Non c'è aria condizionata ma la zona è ventilata per cui l'appartamento risulta comunque fresco.

Fin lägenhet, fantastisk utsikt!
Mkt trevlig och hjälpsam värd, problemfritt boende. Lägenheten är rymlig och välutrustad. Lugnt område, bara några minuter med bil till stranden. Trevlig terrass med utsikt över havet. Stolarna på terassen behöver rengöras så att man undviker fläckar på kläderna.

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und funktionell ausgestattet . Leider hat die Badewanne keinen Vorhang, und das Modem ist schlecht (es gab ständig Probleme mit der Internetverbindung. Eine Klimaanlage wäre super gewesen. aber mit konsequentem Abdunkeln war die Hitze auch zu bewältigen. Die Nachbarn ssind ehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider wohnen viele Hunde in nächster Nähe, die zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit bellen. Zum Strand läuft man mind. 30 Minuten, es sind ca. 2km. Auch Busfahren will gelernt sein - es lohnt sich also jedenfalls ein Auto zu haben.

Casa grande e moderna,bellissima la vista sul mare che ci permetteva di cenare sul balcone con una vista meravigliosa,unico neo:poca attrezzarura in cucina, per il resto tutto bello!
