"From the outside looking in, the property looked really nice. When we checked in, the toilet didn't work. The front desk said the maintenance person was gone but they could bring me a plunger. They never did. When we went to take a shower in the morning, we noticed blood stains on the bathroom walls. Front desk staff argued with me stating that it wasn't blood. Finally they sent a housekeeper up who confirmed that it looked like blood. After speaking to 5 different people, I finally spoke to a "manager" who was VERY rude. I was told that the property manager would reach out and they never did. We will NEVER stay here again."

"The stay was good overall. My main feedback is that the rooms feel outdated, and the beds/pillows were not very comfortable. While we had an enjoyable stay, we expected a higher level of luxury for the price we paid. That said, the experience was satisfactory overall."

"The door was coming off the room that we were provided and the toilet was also leaking. My wife advised the staff and they replied, "oh yeah." I shared the same thing the next morning at check out and they said they attempted to contact us to let us know there were no suites available. I didn't received and email nor at call/text. I asked why we were advised at check in and she said they were trying to accommodate us. I would rather have cancelled the reservation and left to find another hotel. This place was terrible!"

"For the amount of money they charge, the rooms were small, they were clean, but there were a few things like the broken toilet paper holder, the conditioner in the bath being empty, things such as that. Having to pay to park there on top of the room cost, the extra charge for breakfast, no complementary coffee except the 2 pkg. in the room, no tea at all. I was not impressed and will not be staying at another Courtyard by Marriott. There are many other Hotels that do not charge to park, have breakfast buffet, complimentary coffee and tea, with swimming and exercise rooms that are all clean and well taken care of."
