The design and ambiance were both modern and cozy, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location is excellent—very accessible and close to public transport, shopping areas, and many local attractions in the city. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. They made us feel welcome and answered all our questions with a smile. It was our first time visiting Korea, so having friendly and supportive hotel personnel really made a difference. We stayed in April and were lucky to find the hotel on sale when we booked. It turned out to be a great value for the price. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we truly enjoyed our time there. "The suite was spacious and perfect for my small family. Kitchen had all basic necessities and bathrooms offered different options for bathing/showering the kids. Bedrooms were just as pictured. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The spa/pool was great for moments of relaxation and for the kids to play. I would definitely book here again. "

First us, the hotel was a perfect distance from everything - central to most places we visited. Easy walk to the subway to travel, but plenty of places to eat etc locally. We're planning on returning when we can and we'll definitely stay here again. "
