We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ascott Raffles! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch — warm, professional, and attentive in every way. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. A special highlight was the exceptional service from our housekeeper, Ryan. Every day, we returned to our room to find it not only spotless, but also thoughtfully personalized. Ryan surprised us with charming towel art creations that brought smiles to our faces, and one day even left us the sweetest handwritten note — a small gesture that meant so much and showed how much heart he puts into his work. It’s rare to find such personal touches, and Ryan’s kindness truly made our experience unforgettable. A lovely property in an excellent location. It is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Marina bay Sands shops, as well as to the Merlion, Clarks Quay and china town. It is only a 5 minute walk to the blue and red MRT lines. The staff and facilities were wonderful. The staff was very helpful. We will stay here again when we return to Singapore.

We only stayed for one night. We booked the base grade room but were given an upgrade. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including universal power points. The breakfast was great too. Would definitely recommend staying there.

The only reason why not giving it a 5 star is the incredibly strong smell of air fresheners at the reception area, that would make us dizzy and trigger allergies and asthma. We literally had to hold our breathe every time we were entering or leaving the hotel. Thank goodness it wasn’t like that in our room. Other than that, the room was awesome, spacious, squeaky clean, and it was beautifully taken care of daily by Ryan, who did an AMAZING job with making our room extra comfy and welcoming with beautiful towel and flower arrangements 😀 The location is perfect to visit the best of Singapore walking, by metro, or biking.

The place in clean and centrally located. What I don't like, they fo nit provide paper towels in the kitchen to wipe and clean. We had to go to thegrocery stire to purchase paper towels. They alsp only provide the soap for washer and diswasher for the the 2 uses. After that we have to purchase them at the grocery store
