Staff, so professional and helpful. The young lady whose name is Sher, at the desk made me feel at home. She is so considerate, she brought fresh water to my capsule on the third floor. I am solo and senior, but she has made my stay in a capsule hotel a unique and very pleasant experience.

While the outside areas ( corridors and common areas ) , were nice and cool ( in fact cold) The cubicles ( ours was a lower queen )- Smith section Was a bit too hot and dry. We were there for 5 days And on the second day , the front desk adjusted to a lower temp. It got way better, but then again it got hot from the third day. Would be good if the vents in the cubes are bigger to cool the cubes or to have some sort of humidifier. Dry air is suffocating in a cube.

I didn’t expect much from a capsule hotel, but it was much better than I thought! The air conditioning was perfectly cool, and each capsule had its own mirror. When you pull down the curtain, it gets completely dark — I couldn’t even tell it was morning when I woke up. Breakfast was great — they had boiled eggs, omelets you can cook yourself, toast with kaya, and what looked like yakisoba (though I didn’t try it). There were also cereals, milk, tea, coffee, and free drinking water refills. Overall, it was a really good stay. They provided towels, soap, shampoo, a hairdryer, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The location is also convenient, close to several train lines.

Pleased with it for the price I paid. Clean and well thought out. Wasn't much noise for me. A few people coming and going at nights for flights, but you can't avoid that. Very close to Chinatown subway station which is easy to navigate for everywhere and straight to airport. Bang in the middle of Chinatown. Yes the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but you could have as much as you want, you didnt have your own room, but what do you want for £30 per night in Singapore! True that it wasn't like a sealed capsule, it was a blind you pull down at feet end. Ok I thought

The area is close to the train station. The staffs are very helpful.Its a budget friendly hotel and its good for a solo traveller like me. Shower rooms are shared and some sink and doors needs fixing. I hope they can take a look on that. Overall, its a good place to stay.

Well priced for central location and room size for a pod hotel was good. Could do with better ventilation in the pods and the bathrooms weren’t kept very clean, nor was there equipment for guests to keep it tidy. Overall would stay again only for 1 or 2 nights.

Overall, we had a pretty good stay. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was nice. However, the room was way too hot. I don’t think the AC was strong enough and there was no way to regulate it. It was too hot during the night.

First time sleeping in a capsule hotel /hostel kinda of place. Really good value for money. The property is located in Chinatown, next door to an affordable Michelin star restaurant and shopping complex with everything you could want. Really great location for cultural immersion, safe to walk till late, 50m to a bus station and MRT nearby. Breakfast was good too. Would really recommend
