The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing seemed to be too much for all the reception staff, friendly and welcoming. The location to the MRT was great, just a few minutes walk. We were worried it may be too far from the airport but it was just a twenty minute taxi ride( depending on time of day) and the cost didn’t break the bank. It is possible to get the MRT to the airport but we had heavy suitcases at opted for a taxi. The hotel offers free ice cream in an afternoon which was a nice touch. Nice rooftop pool.

Great hotel very near MRT. Clean, good staff and well updated. The pool-area on the roof is really nice. Minibar on the room is free and they allso give out free icecream. Overall this was a really good hotel and I would stay here again

You are in good hands with the staff at Citadines Connect City Centre Singapore. They are excellent starting with Ilhan. ( forgive me if I misspelled the name.) The room was well appointed; comfortable bed, good lighting and generous bathroom and storage in general.

Pleasant Stay

The room was clean and spacious, comfortably accommodating one or two people. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to popular areas such as Orchard Road and Clarke Quay. The staff were kind and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Singapore.
