Courtyard by Marriott is a superb property to unwind and relay whilst soaking up the beauty of Singapore . It’s a very relaxing hotel with easy access via MRT . It’s close proximity to the main shopping hubs - Orchard St and Little India .

Wow! Courtyard by Marriott Singapore

The reception for the hotel was on the 22nd floor. (Floors 1-21 is a hospital.) The rooftop lounge was breathtaking, along with the rooftop pool. Housekeeping was especially efficient. Everything was super clean. I liked the big walk in shower, much better than other hotels that have a shower in a tub. The continental breakfast was excellent!

The room is spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. View is good. Staff are nice and helpful, we pay extra to include breakfast through expedia booking, but when we arrived we were told breakfast not include, thanks for staff solving. Recommend. Shopping and dining are so convenient, many choices of food. Good location.

When finally arrived to the address which hardly had a signboard telling it was a hotel, a friendly worker in the neighboring entrance confirmed there was actually a hotel on the 22nd (?) floor and he went up and asked some body to come down to pick my three pieces of luggage. Having flown for the last four hours and 11pm at night, I wasn’t too happy to finally reach the reception area and find that there wa san issue with the room so they could t accommodate me but sent me in a taxi again with the baggage to another hotel Aloft hotel (never heard the name before) where I arrived 11:30. After 15 minutes they found a so called “upgraded room” which I’m sure wasn’t like the super expensive room rate paid to hotels.com. Also, without being able to compare, the photos of the hotel interior and the room wasn’t as the original Courtyard by Marriott that I had booked. It finally proved the staff was nice and friendly and gave me a 3pm check out as my inwards flight was 9pm. But I cannot evaluate the Courtyard by Marriott as I never stayed there.
