Great stay. Great location. Many many restaurants and shopping right behind the property. Safe area. The property is a bit dated but we had ample space for two people, the hotel breakfast had many options but we chose to eat offsite breakfast for most of our stay. Overall would recommend and stay here again!

Great location from which to explore Singapore. Short walk to Fort Canning Metro. Great food options on site, else walk to Robertson Quay or Clarke Quay. Very spacious apartments, well appointed, great pool and gym on site.

Stayed with family at the property for 9 days. Had a great stay, rooms were spacious and had all facilities needed including washing machine, fridge, toaster and stove top. We opted not to have breakfast daily due to the facilities which we found to be a good option. Gym was well equipped and the pool nice - not as big as originally thought but a good pool to enjoy. Property is a bit dated but that didn’t phase us. Staff were super helpful and all really lovely. Lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel, but super quiet at night (we were on the eight floor), easy to walk to different locations or catch the train to more further destinations like Sentosa island. Would recommend!

Above average stay

The location is fantastic, but the facility itself is just above average. I have stayed at many Fraser Residences in Singapore and elsewhere, and this was the least impressive. The unit I stayed in was dated, the bedroom small although the living area was big enough. The sink and the shower drains were partially blocked, and so the water would pool when you use them. Staff I interacted with were friendly and pleasant, and the breakfast was good. I would stay here again but mainly because of the location.

I would highly recommend Fraser Place Robertson Walk. Check in was quick and although we were early for check in and our room was being serviced, the staff were very accommodating in getting us access to the changing rooms at the pool to shower and freshen up. The MRT is 5 minutes away to access Singapore and underneath the hotel you have a multitude of bars and restaurants for you to choose from. The staff were exceptional, their friendliness shone through in every interaction. I would like to single out our housekeeper Li Jun who kept our room spotless during our stay. I look forward to coming back.

Exceptional Service and Comfort Beyond Expectation

The property felt impeccably clean and comfortable, without any sense of age or wear. Particularly impressive was that there was none of the musty smell or damp odor that can sometimes be found in hotels in Singapore. Instead, the hotel lobby had a lovely floral scent, and upon entering my room, I was welcomed by a fresh and clean fragrance. The reception staff and housekeeping team were also very professional and courteous, making the stay even more pleasant. I had initially been concerned about potential noise from the Robertson Walk area at night, but staying on the 10th floor, it was completely quiet and not an issue at all. As expected from a top-class serviced apartment, everything was exceptional. It’s unfortunate that the property is scheduled for redevelopment, but for future long-term stays, I would definitely choose Fraser Group again.

First impressions are important and I was very impressed with what I saw. The hotel is an older building but with all Fraser's properties its their attention to detail that was most evident. From check-in to check-out I could not fault anything. All the staff were friendly and helpful and genuinely enjoyed having you as a guest. My room was apartment style which was perfect for my stay and was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. If I had to find any fault and its just me being picky, it would be the very small bathroom with the layout not very conducive for easy access. Overall I had an amazing stay albeit too short and will definitely stay again. Thank you everyone involved for making this a very memorable experience.

Had an enjoyable week at Fraser Place. The staff were lovely and welcoming, even letting us borrow a power adaptor. The room was spacious and well presented. I was concerned when I discovered our room was directly opposite the lifts, but I didn't hear a peep the entire stay! The courtyard downstairs was kind of a night life area and we did get a bit of background noise from that on the 5th floor. Breakfast was ok, with slightly different items available each day. Some days were busier than others but we always managed to find a table. There were plenty of restaurants around, but all were pretty westernised (mainly Italian) and kind of expensive. It was only a 5 minute walk to Fort Canning MRT, or a nice 15 minute walk along the river to Clarke Quay MRT on the other line. Between the 2 lines the trains pretty much took us wherever we wanted to go - was a great location for getting around! Unfortunately we never did get time to try out the pool, but it looked welcoming and was never too crowded.
