The hotel is almost directly connected to the subway station, so even during a sudden downpour, I was able to reach the hotel from the station without getting wet. The location is excellent. Also, the convenience store attached to the hotel stayed open late at night, which was very handy.

While the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive to our concerns, unfortunately, the humidity and musty smell in our room made our stay a disappointment. We truly believe we would have had a great experience if it weren't for the persistent odor. We also shared our health concerns in hopes that future guests won't face the same issue.

The hotel looks dated both from the outside and the rooms yet the rates per night is more expensive than the more luxurious stay across the road at Grand Copthrone. Gym facility is small and slightly dated and again not as good at Grand Copthrone.
