the room was small, had to go to the 4th floor too my room, the lift only went to the 3rd floor, had to carry my bag and backpack via the stairs.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, very clean and centrally located near China Town. Montree at the front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond with assisting me. Thanks Montree and the rest of the staff, will definitely stay at this hotel again in the near future!

Front desk was helpful. Property condition was below average. Sewage odor appears every time using the bathroom sink, maybe because they did not install a “P-trap”?

Omg where to begin, the only good thing here is the staff, the hotel is dirty and some places are falling apart. the price was pretty expensive also.

Really friendly and helpful front desk
Manager Jimmy and Manager William were both so friendly and helpful while my mom stayed at the hotel! They patiently helped her order meals, book a taxi, and give her detailed explanations for directions wherever she needs to go! They made such a great impression that my mom reminded me multiple times to leave this review as a thank you note to them! She is truly grateful for all the help they have given her during her 2-week stay!

Quiet Secret hideout
Set in a quaint corner of Chinatown I love the quietness atmosphere surrounding it. Give u that relax mood far from the busy city. Pls get Housekeeper to frequently scrub the bathtub & prefer entering room with a nice smell. Lots of quirky Cafes & pubs to check out 5mins walk to Chinatown main attraction

Gross. The hotel was just gross. There was black mold on windows and bathroom door frame, room felt so dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke and laquor, bed was hard as cardboard and so uncomfortable. Only positive thing was location.

First night we been struggle to sleep the mould smell in the room was shocking next day we asked for room with window , don’t be tricked by the air conditioner as mould smell is extremely strong from the moment you walk in the reception doors. We been moved to room 501 it was not mould there, so we extended our stay , manager was very understanding. I will used it again only for the room 501!!

I bought deluxe queen bed room and was given a lower room on first night saw roaches In room and the second night after I complained to staff there and exspedia was Offered a deluxe queen room But only stayed two nights So glad I didn’t book 30 days Exspedia provides a special service to these hotels and they should provide excellent service to those who book sight unseen Only one bottle of water and one coffee for two people Yes I was given two when asked but you would think they would know two people two bottles of water and two coffee. Hotel I was offered was what I should have been given to begin with I am not going to have to ask for every little thing

Heart of the China town and close to public transp
This hotel was located in China town which is close to city centre. The room was comfortable and all the hotel amenities were very perfect. One of the staff was very friendly that he borrowed us his umbrella when we needed. I was so happy to stay there.

Decent.
Pretty decent. Good location with lots of food around ranging from dirt cheap to michelin star graded restaurants. For those who drink, theres plenty of bar n clubs around tht MIGHT suit ur personal needs. Away from the main road, therefore pretty quiet just the way i like it.

Noisy hotel in Chinatown
Noisy, many people coming and going at all hours, seems like rooms are rented "by the hour". Smoking is also a problem, I reported this to management (they attempted to freshen the place with fans, not sure they enforce the legality of "NO SMOKING"

Better to Stay in a Nicer Hostel
You should know that this hotel is also rented by the hour. "Couples" come all throughout the night and then the cleaning service loudly cleans their rooms for the next customer. Expect loud noises throughout the night as the walls are very thin and the hallways very echoey. The first room they gave me was horrible. It smelled like mold and cigarettes. They moved me to a nicer room downstairs. Neither had windows so they were quite dank. Although the hotel is listed as non-smoking, the hotel staff turn a blind eye. The hallways both upstairs and downstairs were filled with fresh smoke and no one stopped the smokers. The staff themselves are nice and helpful and the location is nice if you like China Town.
