Property is old, air conditioning- not working well but there is one staff name Kim Heng, he is really help customer with fully enthusiastically. Property is old but staff like Kim Heng make customer feel secure and safe.

Quick trip. Nice area and room. We did have to kill some Cockies on arrival. Not the best look, but not a big issue and had worst elsewhere.

Budget budget hotel.

It’s an old hotel. I only stay here because of the reasonable rates. Be prepared for some sex noises coming from the other room. The service from the staff were excellent.

Value room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroon had only one water temperature, lukewarm, no hot or cold, just middle. Bed was very hard. TV didn't work but we didn't complain. Still a good value for the money. Very nice staff!

It’s a basic hotel with everything you need ( and except fridge) The checkin man was friendly and stated his name and if I wanted anything her could be reached . The checkout time is a bit early 11.00 am but they will store bags until departure . The staff at checkout was friendly too It is in red light area but many restaurants and bars nearby . About 20-30 minutes walk to shopping malls, cinemas , and the MRT

Room was not ready. Per travelocity check in was 2pm, per facility it was 3pm. I considered myself lucky some others guests had to wait for hours. The staff did its best. No safe deposit box in the rooms unlike the newest others hotel 81.

Lots of hair on the floor and at the comfort room drainage upon check-in. Hair comes from the previous guests. Informed the staff but did not do any necessary actions. Front Office staff are nice anyways.

Extremely dirty room, I’d even say it’s never been cleaned. I noticed the filth as soon as we checked in. I went to speak to the staff about the cleanliness of the room and asked if it could be cleaned whilst I went out to explore Singapore. I was told I would have to wait until tomorrow for the cleaners to clean the room.I didn’t think this was acceptable however as we were short on on time in Singapore I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to explore the city hoping I would only have to deal with the dirty room for one night. The next day I went out again for the whole day, came back pretty late and the room was exactly the same apart from the bed sheets had been changed. Very poor service. Thankfully we only had a short stay so I didn’t see the point in complaining again as by the time the room would have been “cleaned” again we would have been leaving. Many other places in Singapore, avoid this place.

水回りは老朽化しているが、お湯は出る。 シャワーカーテンがないので、ずぶ濡れになるが、こんなものかと思えば気にならなくなる。 部屋は広く、ベッドも広い。 毎日きちんときれいに清掃してくれる。 周辺はそこまで騒がしくなく、ご飯を食べるところは多い。 男性一人旅であれば全く問題ないでしょう。

It was the worst hotel ever. At the front desk, they couldn't find my reservation details or booking number although I showed my booking screen and booking number, so I was forced to pay again at the front. They assured me that once my Expedia reservation was found, the payment made at the hotel would be refunded. Later, they did find my reservation, but the hotel never refunded the amount I had paid at the front, resulting in a double charge. The hotel staff showed no sincerity, didn't even bother to respond, and behaved unprofessionally. This hotel is completely untrustworthy, and I strongly recommend booking another hotel instead. I will never stay here again.
