Rummet var för litet för två personer. Ingen plats för resväskor. Frukosten var den sämsta någonsin någonstans. Överpris även för Singapore. Ända bra var platsen nära till Raffles och Orchard Road.

Hotel is dated, overpriced for facilities available, poor comfort, breakfast included but eat elsewhere you’ll feel better, linen needs replacing old and used , rooms small and noisy and poorly maintained

Excellent service, the concierge was very helpful. Pool was lovely Our bathroom floor constantly had water lying on it from a leak. lift was inadequate for number of guests. The breakfast was of low standard. The staff were very helpful but the food kept running out and there was a very narrow range of options.

The location is the main asset. Easily accessible and nice neighborhood. Food courts nearby for meals. The cleanliness was average. The only amenities were soap, toothbrushes and shower caps. Though we booked for 4 we had only 3 large towels each day. No face towels. The shower was leaking but they came and fixed it when we asked. There was also a power problem with the safe.

Thje offered internet access in UNENCRYPTED, the unsecurest kinbf of internet access possible! Securing it via a password entered on a webpage, does not make it secure! The window isn't openable, but in the evening one hears bordering rooftop bars. If one is a light sleeper, he should have ear plugs.

Satisfied with mini staycation

The kettle in our room was rusty, and the staff changed it immediately. Fast response! The staff also arrange for the maintenance department to adjust the air-conditioning in our room. Furnishings were a bit old but clean, no bugs no insects nothing. Buffet breakfast wasn't a lot of choice, but still not too bad. Location is good and convenient. Overall I am satisfied with my mini staycation and will not hesitate to choose this hotel again.

Very accessible to MRT but still I won't stay at this hotel . Carpet on the hallways so filthy . It smells and has stains . Food for breakfast is terrible . For our 5 Nights of stay, food is bland and the menu is the same . Had breakfast at 8:30 and by that time food is gone. They don't replenish the trays. Room gets warm in the early morning.

The best I can give is good at best.

The room in the picture isn't the room we stayed in, we had a King Size Bed. For two nights it's smelled as someone was smoking near us, no smoke detectors installed, only fire protection. Room was in need of repair, see attached photo. Airport Shuttle service is having the Hotel call for Taxi service, misleading information. Breakfast, better off not taking advantage of the Hotel offer.
